All books and sample-packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must bo posted half nn hour before the ordinary lettev-mnil closes. Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcels-post packages must bo handed in and money-orders obtained ono hour before tho ordinary mail closes.
