Henderson, a leading naval expert, sliall visit Australia and report upon the selection of naval liases, sites for naval schools, gunnery and torpedo schools, naval depots and dockyards, and other matters of naval defence. Henderson lias commanded on half a dozen ships, and has been Superintendent of Portsmouth and other dockyards. Since 1301 ho has commanded the Coastguard and Reserves, Portsmouth.]
