ADMIRAL TO REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rei. June 16, 11.15 p.m.) Melbourne, June 10. As a result of negotiations between the Admiralty "and the Federal Government, through the High Commissioner >(Sir George Reid), it has been arranged that Admiral Sir R. P. Henderson, a leading naval expert, sliall visit Australia and report upon the selection of naval liases, sites for naval schools, gunnery and torpedo schools, naval depots and dockyards, and other matters of naval defence. Admiral Sir R, F. Henderson will leave for Australia in the middle of July. . [Admiral Sir Reginald 1?. H. Henderson lias commanded on half a dozen ships, and has been Superintendent of Portsmouth and other dockyards. Since 1301 ho has commanded the Coastguard and Reserves, Portsmouth.]
