Tho now green of the recently-formed Hataitai Bowling Club is now looking very well. The directors arc busy with tho formation of a croquet lawn for tho indies, and a second bowling grcon will bo formed later on. A pavilion is also to he orceted, which will bo the largest of any bowling club in Wellington. The club expect* to open th& season with 200 members. Tre&s are to l:s planted to bewiHfy Ulo sp.aciqua grouuds.
