"GROOTE SCHUUR."

BOTHA AND SIR P. FITZPATRICK. Sj Teleerapb—Press Association—Conyrinhs London, June 14. The statement that General Louis Botha, tho Prime Minister of United South Africa, did not intend to avail himself of Mr. Cecil Rhodes's bequest of "Grooto Schuur," near Cape Town, as the official residence of the Prime Minister of federated South Africa, has been contradicted. ■ It is attributed to General Botha's opponents, who are annoyed because the General is opposing Sir Percy Fitzpatrick for the Pretoria East seat. The "Daily Mail" states that very few of Sir Percy Fitzpatrick's former supporters reside in Pretoria East.
