PACIFIC CABLE.
LEASE OF A CANADIAN LAND LINE. By Telegraph—Pross Association—Copyright. (Rec. June 14, 5.15 p.m.) Ottawa; June 14. It is announced that the Pacific Cable Board has leased a telegraph wire from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, thus extending the Board's cable and telegraph system to Montreal.
