NAVAL CONSTRUCTION FUNDS. By Tclesranh—Press Association-OopyriKht (Reo. June 13, 11.45 p.m.) Santiago, June 13. The Chilian Chamber of Deputies has authorised a lonn of .£1,000,000 for the naVy, of which one million will be devoted to coastal defence. ■ The Bum of £400,000, voted'annually, will be accumulated for future iiaval construction.
