TOTALISATOR.
AGAINST ABOLITION IN RUSSIA. By Telegraph -Press Association—Copyricht (Rec. Juno 12, 5 p.m.) St. Petersburg, June 11. The Judicial Committee of the Duma has reported against a proposal to abolish totalisators, the Government percentage from which amounts to £45,000 annually, which is devoted to the breeding of thoroughbreds.
