BIC TROTTINC EVENT IN MELBOURNE.
Mr. J. Wren, manager of tjio Melbourne Trotting Club, who has already becomo noted as a promoter of the sport of trotting, is again in evidence with a big raco for trotters and pacers, which will tako place on tho Richmond racecourse next November. Tho prizo money is £500, 'and* it is confidently expected that this large sum will attract a big entry from N T ow Zealand. Nominations arc duo oh June, 15, and it is notified by advertisement appearing in this issue that entries posted ;n New Zealand on or beforo that date will bo accepted.
