The pamphlet, "The Truth About the Navy"—which Admiral Beresford says is calculated to inflame animosity against another Power, and which, it .is alleged, is written by Lord Fisher, lately First Sea Lord—was again referred to in the House of Commons. Dr. Macnamara, Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, announced that the pamphlet was no longer in the warships' libraries.
