ELECTORAL BILL.
VETOED BY GOVERNOR, By Telegraph—Preae Association—Copyright (Rec. June 10, 10.15 p.m.) New York, June 10. The Governor of New York State, Mr. C. E. Hughes, has vetoed, the Primary Elections Bill (which is a considerably modified measure compared with that originally drafted by him) in tho hope of securing a better Bill.
