A decision of importance to dentists, registered mul unregistered, was delivered in the House of Lords, upsetting a ruling by a Divisional Court, ft is now settled law that there is nothing in the Dentists Act, 1878, that prevents u man from practising dentistry or advertising himself in a self-laudatory slrain. All he must avoid is language implying that he. possesses a professional (juidificaliou when in fact he does not.
