Oib pint of stock, J pint of milk, two tab'espoonfnls of sago, yolk of one egg, tw/ tablespoonfuls of cream, salt .and cojaline pepper. •. I ?nt the stock on to boil; wash the sago Bid sprinkle it into the boiling stock; ■ aid boil until quite. clear; add the milk aid seasoning and bring to the boil njain; beat the yolk of egg and cream together in the soup tureen, pour the Joiling soup over it, and stir well and ierve. / ■■ * FOR TO-HORROW. '! One ox-tail, vegetables' for ox-tail soup, ione slice of bam, schnapper, ourry powI der, apples, suet, currants, one egg.
