Tho Governmont, despite the fact that "The Dominion" had the largest circulation of any mornina paper in tho Wellington Province, has decided, to boycott the paper so far as Government advertisements arc concerned. In order that our readers may not suffer from this grave abuse of Ministerial authority we publish tho advertisements beiow at our own cost. TENDERS FOE INSTALLATION OF WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY WITHIN THE DOMINION OF NEW ZEALAND. General Post Office, Wellington, May 23rd, 1910. TENDERS, endorsed "Tender for Installation of Wireless Telegraphy, within the Dominion of New Zealand" will bo received by.the Minister of Telegraphs, General Post Office, Wellington, up to Noon of tho 15th DECEMBER, 1910, for tho supply and erection at tho following places of installations of wireless telegraphy in accordance with specification and general conditions:— ;(1.) At or' near Doubtless Bay. (2.) At or near Gisborne. (3.) At or near Cape Farewell. (i.) At or near Sumner, near Christchurch. (5.) At or near Bluff. ; Specification and general conditions and "Form of Tender" may be obtained at tho office of the Superintendent of Electric Lines, General Post Office, Wellington; tho office of the High Commissioner, 13 Victoria Street, London; and also from (1) Messrs. R. W. Cameron and Co., 23 South William Street, NewYork, U.S.A.; (3.) H. Stephenson Smith, Esq., 211 California Street, San Francisco. Cal. Tenders must be made out on tho "Form of Tender," and must be accompanied by n deposit or receipt for a deposit as required by the general conditions. Deposits on tenders must accompany the tenders in the form of a bank draft, or deposit may lie banked. Tho banker's certificate must be forwarded with tho tender, but it must bo approved by tho High Commissioner, London, or by ,(1.) Messrs. K. W. Cameron and Co., 23 South AVilliam Street, NewYork, U.S.A.; or by '(2.) H. Stephenson Smith, Esq., 214 California Street, San Fraucisco. Cal.; and must bo to .the effect that tho amount of tho deposit is held at the call of the Minister of Telegraphs. Tenderers must state the name of tho country in which the apparatus, etc., will be manufactured. The Miuister of Telegraphs does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender.
