CHURCH SEPARATION.

A meeting of lasers who are also lay representatives of the Australian Methodist Conference considered the formalities necessary to secure a separation of the Now Zealand and Australian churches. It will be necessary to pass a separate Act of Parliament in each State of the Commonwealth, and there • must ha a separate endorsement of this Act in each annual State conference. Tho process will be-elaborate and costly, and will take much time.
