Tho New York Bank Note Company is suing 1100 members of tho New York Stock Exchange, claiming five million dollars (£1,000,000), on. the ground that tho rules of the Exchange require that tho certificates "of all companies shall be printed by the American Bank Note Company, .which is calculated to ruin plaintiffs, who are business rivals.
