FOR PEACE.
A STATES COMMITTEE. (Rec. Juno 3, 10.15 p.m.) New York, June 3. Tho United States House of Representatives' Committee on Foreign Affairs favour a Bill creating a Peace Committee to visit foreign capitals in the interest of the limitation of armaments and international peace. It is stated that President Taft is willing that Mr. Roosevelt should accept the chairmanship' of the Peaco Committee.
