FAREWELL LEVEE. "A DISTINGUISHED' GATHERING.- . A levee was held by, his Excellency tho Governor, Lord Plunket, in the Legislative Council Chamber yesterday afternoon. A largo number of gentlemen, including the Chief Justice, the Prime Minister, and other members of the Cabinet, naval and military officers, consuls, and many professional and business men took the opportunity of saying farewell to the popular departing Governor.
