A MONTH'S WORKING. Reporting on tie city electric lighting department, Mr. Stuart Richardson, engineer and manager, states: "In consequence of the alteration in the method of meter reading, which came into vogue in April, and by which there is continuous meter reading throughout the month, instead of only at the end of cacli month as heretofore, the April revenue is rather less than it would have been under the old method of rendering accounts.
