Bugar, Jib. flour, -Jib. grated chocolate, 1 pint milk, 4 egga. Boil the milk and butter, stir in other ingredients until it leaves sides of pan. When cold' add yolks of eggs one by one, th«n the whites, Btiff, lost. Steam in a buttered mould one tour/turn out, and serve at once. FOR TO-MOEEOW. Fish, celery, cauliflower, stock, carrots, enions, : potatoes, figs,-cheese.
