EXCITEMENT IN THE AMERICAN MARKETS. (Roc. June 1, 11.40 p.m.) New York, Juno 1. The New York and New Orleans cotton markets are demoralised, and tho amount of trading is enormous. July cotton broke 71 points from Friday owing to tho rumours that Mr. Patten and other bulls are unloading.
