Strong southerly winds and unsettled weather on Saturday evening and Sunday morning were followed by lino weather on Sunday, but a change took placo during the night, when tho barometer again, fell everywhere, with strong northerly and westerly winds. Present indications are for a westerly gale, with rain, in most parts of the country—rivers Hooded on the West Coast. The barometer will probably fall lower for a few houra, but the winds will probably veer to tho southward shortly, with colder weather and snow on hiimor levels and in the south.
