GREAT AUCTION OF VALUABLE WAREHOUSE PREMISES TO-DAY. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. will sell at thoir auction rooms, 195 Lnmbton Quay', to-day, at 2.30 p.m., that most valuable building block consisting of two warehouses on Jervois Quay, lately in occupation by Messrs. The sale will take place at Ranmai Estate, Rangitikci, on Wednesday and Thursday, Juno 8 and 9. Messrs. F. E. Jackson and Co., in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency 00., Ltd., mil hold an unreserved sale of farm and station properties at Wanganui,' in the Fire Brigade Hall, Hill Street, on Thursday, June 2, at noon. The sale is advertised in this issue, and further particulars may be obtained upon application to tho auctioneers, Wanganui. Tho usual sale of household furnishings will ho held by Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. to-morrow at 1.30 p.m. a.t their rooms, 26 Brandon' Street. Anions the items to he submitted are a grand piano, two axminster carpets, oak dining-room suite, -extension table, overmantel, etc*
