GREAT AUCTION OF VALUABLE WAREHOUSE PREMISES TO-DAY. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. will sell at thoir auction rooms, 195 Lnmbton Quay', to-day, at 2.30 p.m., that most valuable building block consisting of two warehouses on Jervois Quay, lately in occupation by Messrs. D. Benjamin and Co., and now occupied by Messrs. J. C. Butler and Messrs. John Chambers and Son. The leases are corporation leases held for 21 years, and the property is one of the most valuable blocks in ttio city. Messrs. Abraham and Williams, in conjunction with Messrs. Baggett and Potts, will sell on account of Messrs. Keillor Bros., at 11.30 a.m. sharp, 8500 Ronincy sheep and , 580 Polled Angus cattle, also 8000 bushels of Algerian oats, eight shearing machines,' and one 12 h.p. Hornsby oil engine.
