AREA OF THIRST MILES SWEPT. A VILLAGE AND SEVERAL MILLS DESTROYED. By TcleeraDD—Vress Association—Oopyrlntat (Rec. May 30, 11.30 p.m.) Ottawa, Maj- 30. A fire swept an area of thirty miles of the Swan Eiver territory in Manitoba. Tistilam village, the Mackenzie and Mi'.nn lumber camps, and several mills were destroyed. Trains were unable to run for eighteen hours. The damage is» estimated at a million dollars.
