Denominational schools should bo retained in urban areas, -with teachers holding views iif harmony with the, distinctive character of the schools,' but with full rights for children to receive other religious instruction if their parents desire. If the parents of 150 children are willing to build and maintain a school building, the local authority should he obliged to recognise it as a new denominational school.
