A MONUMENT IN LONDON. Telegraph—Press Association— CoDyrisfeft (Rec. May 29, 5 p.m.) London, May 23. The British Empire League has started a movement.to raise £3000 to erect a monument in London in memory of Captain Cook". Tho treasurer of the movement is Lord Brassey.
