THE CONVALESCENT HOME.
Sir,—Finding an erroneous impression abroad with regard lo the Convalescent Home, 1 am very anxious to remove this wrong impression. Recovering from a serious illness, I was anxious to find some place where 1 could rest and recuperate. I spoke to several about this home, but all told me. I should find it veiy expensive, and girt about with all kinds of restraints. However. 1 came lo the home, and fciaiul it the opposite lo what 1. had been told. To start with, the first fortnight is free, without any expense; after that a charge of 1. r >s. w-iek is made, thus bringing it within the reach of all. 1 cannot say enough of the kindness with which I have been treated. The Ktcd is all that ono can wish, aiu l , U\o surroundings aro lovely. Hoping others reading this will avail themselves of the comfort .maiting I hem in this home, trusting there will never be a vacant bed, and thanking you, Jlr. Editor, in anticipation of the insertion of this letter,—l remain, a thankful CONVALESCENT PATIENT.
