Dr. Ingram (Bishop of London), presiding at tho London Diocesan Conference, said tho Church must oppose the extension to tho poor of facilities which had proved a curso to tho rich. If every county court was turned into a divorce court it was a question for discussion whether tho timo would come when a civil authority would conduct all marriages, leaving tho blessings of tho Church to those accepting the Church's rule. 3 ________
