iSpeoially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY; Boiled cod and parsley sauce. Braised filet of beef. .Celery and white sauce. Potatoes. Apple pie and boiled custard. Lemon cheese cake. LEMON CHEESE CAKE. Two ounces butter, 2oz. sugar, 2 lemons, puff paste, 2 eggs, 1 dessertspoon ground lice, marmalade. Cream butter and sugar, beat in yolks and ground rico mixed smooth, with milt, tlien juice and grated rind of lemons. Bake in moderate oven three-quarters to one hour, in piedish edged , with puff paste; whip whites stiff with a little lemon juice and sugar,' and heap on top. Put ir» oveu to slightly brown. Eat cold: :'■ FOR TO-MORROW. Bteak and kidneys. Cabbage. Potatoes. Sago, Suet-treacle.
