MANY BALES RESHIPPED TO NEW YORK, A gamo of shuttlecock has for some time been going on among cotton operators oil both sides of tho Atlantic. Early in April a considerable percentage of tho purchases made by Liverpool cotton merchants were for export to the United States. An amusing feature of theso transactions is that quantities of cotton were at the same timo arriving from New York, having been shipped there bv operators interested in the May "cortior in America. This cotton was warehoused at Liverpool, and then arrangements were made to return it to Amorica. It was expected that in timo the same cotton would find its way back to Liverpool. Whether it will remain there or be sent back to America, once mor'o will depend upon the attempted "cornering" .aparatioiiS:
