TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Oyster soup. Baked rabbit. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Stewed fruit with sago. STEWED FRUIT WITH SAGO. One teacup sugar, one large cup water, ten peaches, one cup sago. Boil tho sugar-and-water, add fruity halved and etoned, cook ten minutes, then add sago, n-ell washed,, and cook slowly on range till quite clear. Pour into a basin dipped in cold water. Turn out when cold. Serve with custard and whipped cream. FOE TO-MORROW. Garfish, shoulder, of mutton, potatoes, cabbage, prunes, gelatine, marmalade.
