WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF BRANDS. 67 Telegraph—Press Association—CoDTTlchL Melbourne, May 19. 'A conference of butter-factory managers adopted a resolution strongly in. favour of all exported butter being graded by Government graders without ■knowledge of the brands. The supporters of the motion urged . graders might be unconsciously biased in favour of brands which had already earned a reputation, and it would be fairer if they worked without knowledge of the brands. MOISTURE LIMIT. Melbourne, May 20. The conference passed a resolution against tho proposal to reduce the butter moisture standard from 16 to 14 ■per cent.
