On Friday, May 20, the Postal Department will be open in all its bran«.-heq rrom 8 to 10 a.m.,"-and, excepting the monoy-order and parcels department, from 7 to 8 p.m. Mails dispatched by steamer? leaving during the day-, will close at 10 a.m.; mails by trains leaving before 10 a.m. will close as usual; mails by tho Main Trunk will.olcse at-'lO a.m. There will not be any mails dispatched by (rains leaving during the afternoon. The lettercarriers will make one full delivery, closing nt the Chief Post Office at 6.45* a.m.

All the principal mails by train and steamer closo at To Aro and Courtonay Place Post Offices at the same hours as at tho Ohicf Post Oflicc, with tho exception that there is no late-fee clearance Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcels-post packages must bo handed in and money-orders obtained one hour before the ordinary mail , closes. All books and sample packets and newspapers for places within tho Dominion must bo posted half an hour before tho ordinary letter-mail closes.
