[The High Commissioner for New ZeaJnnd states: "We are getting farmers with .£ISOO and upwards who are settling in New Zealand because they think tho country offers brighter prospects for themselves and their children than they can see ahead of them in Great Britain. Tho movement is of recent growth. The only inducement now offered is a reduction in the second and third-class .fares for farmers, farm labourers, and domestic servants."]
