Further details of the suppressing of tho Albanian revolt show that Shevkct Pasha has formed nino columns of '2000 men each for the purpose of attacking the villages on the lower spurs or in tho valleys of the Albanian high country, 110 is using 17,000 troops to guard his communications. Yesterday the nine columns began a systematic campaign of disarming tho villagers, at the samo time destroying those villages whose complicity in the Albanian troubles is proved.
