(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. ' Pried Soil's. Roast Loin Mutton. Cabbage. Potatoes. Cup Pudding. Sago Sauce. SAGO SAUCE. One tablcspoonful sago, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoonful sugar, J cup wine, J cup water, J saltspoonful ground cinnamon. Wash sago, and cook slowly with water and lemon rind, simmering 10 minutes. Take out rind, add other ingredients, boil up and servo. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, carrots, turnips, potatoes, tripe, Onions, figs, suet, cheese, pastry.
