WAGE ADVANCES.
EAILWAYMEN IN UNITED STATES(Eec. May 17, 11.5 p.m.) New York, May 17. Arbitrators have awarded the conductors and train men on the Vanderbilt line: west oi' Buffalo' a 7 per cent, increase in wages. The men on the Pennsylvania-Erie railroads are voting as to whether they shall strike to secure a similar advance.
