The "Daily Chronicle" (Liberal) discusses the fact that the Court has hitherto not recognised the official status of High Commissioners and other representatives of the ' overseas Dominions. Henco, tho Legations of the smallest Powers have precedence over the High Commissioners of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The "Chronicle" believcs ( that the Government mean to break this tradition and to arrange that the Dominions shall at least have the same recognition as is extended to foreigners. The paper adds: "Members of overseas Governments are entitled to the same rights as British Ministers, but special arrangements will be made for High Commissioners, and special colonial representatives."
