Tho battleship Prince of Wales, which is tho flagship of tho Atlantic Fleet, and carries the flag of Vice-Admiral Prince Louis of Battenberg, coaled at Dover from a collier at tho rate of 36G tons an hour, establishing a record. The Prince assisted in the work.
