ALSOP CLAIM.
KING GEOEGE TO ARBITRATE. (Eec. May 16, 0.25 a.m.) London, May 15. King George V has agreed to act as arbitrator in the old-standing dispute between Chile and tho "United States as to the claim of Al6op and Company (which a few months ago was referred to the arbitration of King Euward).
