To protest against the removal of tho "Brown Dog" memorial by Battersca Bor ough Council, supporters of tho Animal Defence and Anti-Vivisection Society marched in procession froni Hydo Park to Trafalgar Square, where -a demonstration was held. Most of those taking part were ladies, many of whom led Or carried dogs.
