{Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Jkriled figh- Parsley sauce. Roast rabbit. Potatoes. Celery. Sago pudding. snow. . ORANGE SNOW. Soak gelatine in cup cold water for one hour, then add one good large cup boiling water; lot stand until nearly pold, and add juice of six oranges and one lemon. Beat the whites of egg Btiff, add three tablespoons sugar. Serve piled on elasß dish, and, if liked, Ornamented with red jelly: FOR TO-MORROW. Tnntips, tomatoes, corned beef, mutton cntfets, apples, pastry.
