Canary pudding. Cream tapioca. Apricot-eggs. FOR; SUPPER.' Cold veal and bacon. . Cold ox tongue. Salad. Lemon sponge. Chocolate shape. Apricot Eggs.—'Six stewed or preserved apricots, plain sponge cake, half-pint thick cream. Cut sponge cake while warm into rounds an inch tnicl;, size of breakfast-cup, with a cutter ;■■ place on a dish, pour some syrup over,'. place an apricot on centre o"r each round to represent yolk; whip tho cream with a ' little' sugar,, place round the apricot carefully to look like white of egg, grate a Httlo nutmeg over to represent pepper, and serve cold. v ■ ' '
