Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd.:-We report having held our fortnightly sale of wool, skins, hides, and tallow yesterday afternoon before the usual attendance of buyers. Catalogues showod smaller offerings than usual, but keen competition was the rule of the day, and all lots sold at full values. Wool: Prices were on a oar with last rales. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantilo Agency (Jo., Ltd., report as follows:—At our sales we submitted a fair catalogue of wool, consisting largely of crutchings, which, taking condition into consideration, sold well at from 53d. to 6d. for lots fairly free from seed, and from Sd. to 5Sd. for seoay lots. All wool was in good demand. Thero was a good demand tor skins, hides, and tallow at late rates.
