Keiller Brothers' desirable Eaumai Run, of 6000. acres, will be ottered by publao auction. This estate is subdivided into !!9 farms, varying from about 40 acres up to 6'oo. A new road of 63. miles is shortly to be constructed, for which arrangements havo been made for forming and metalling; a creamery and school sito aro given free of cost, and arrangements have been made for tho erection of a creamery or cheese fnctory. In a great number of these sections evory acre is suitable. for dairying, and tho balance of tho sections are suitable for dairying and mixed farming.
