Barometric pressure has decreased both in the extreme north and south, and tho weather has been unsettled in those parts and on the West Coast of the South Island. Present indications aro somewhat threatening in both the north and south, as two disturbances are in Gvidoturc in the rear of tho anti-c.vclono now apparently moving eastward.
