COURSING.

The Manawatu Coursing Club (writes our Palmerston North correspondent) had trouhle in the past by people allowing the hares to cscape from the enclosures. The club is taking extra precautions to prevent this happening in riew of the coursing matches on its wounds at Terrace End next Wednesday and Thursday. Anyone'who attempts to play pranks with the hares (rill meet with a very warm reception.
