SWEPT OFF THE WHARF.
9 (By Teleurauh-Press Association.) Napier, April 27. An inquest on Henry Hollaed, the young man who was swept off the wharf and drowned yesterday afternoon, was opened to-day, and adjourned for a fortnight, to permit of evidence being tendered as to tho ofHcioney of tho lifesaving appliances at the breakwater, and as to whether due precautions were taken to prevent jKjople going on the wharf during tie height of the -gtotm.
