- . MAYORAL CAMPAIGN. (FINAL SPEECHES OF CANDIDATES, TOE POLLING ARRANGEMENTS. .To-day will deoido the fate of tho 'candidates for Mayoral honours here and elsewhere. For tho Wellington City Mayoralty, the candidates are: ME. C. j/cEAWFOED. MB. T. M. WILFORD. Polling commences at 9 a.m., and closes ■at 7 p.m., and tho results of the election ehould.be known very soon. , after. The City Tramways Department, in anticipation of public interest in tho result, has decided to send all cars via Jervois Quay after the close of' the poll, at 7 p.m., resuming the regular traffic arrangements as 600U as possible. Following upon the announcement of .the result of the election, speeches will be : delivered by the candidates. Mr. C. J.
