[The subject of debate was a motion by Mr. T. P, O'Connor (Nationalist) to reduce the vote for Sir Robert Anderson's pensioa on the ground that, while, in State employ, Sir Robort Anderson in .188Jigavo "Tho Times" the.'aid:.of cpnfi- - dential documents in connection■jfith, the "Parnellism and Crime" articles, .A scone arose during the debate in consequence of Mr. J. H.- M. Campbell (Unionist) letting fall the words .-r- apart- from the question.of tho privity of Mr.. Parnell to the twD. terrible murders in the Phoenix Park." Despite'the efforts of the Chairman (Mr. Eramctt), ths Irish Nationalists' uproar, provoked by.'these wto'ds,preventel Mr. Campbell being•• further heard, and, oh Mi.
