The New Zealand Crown Mines has approved the reconstruction proposal— namely, voluntarily to wind up and form a, new company with a capital of £100.000 in-4s. shares. It will give the Consolidated Goldfields of New Zealand the option at par, of 150,000 Eharcs for guaranteeing the capital.
